The Rapid Transit Tiedown (RTT) system, manufactured by Sure-Lok Inc., is being used by the Kanawha Valley Regional Transportation Authority in Charleston, West Virginia. The system has been appreciated by the users for its increased flexibility for location of wheelchair stations, and the ease of maintenance and cleaning.
