The transtheoretical model of change in adolescents: implications for injury prevention

Article Abstract:

The use of Transtheoretical Model of Change (TMC),to explain how people initiate behavior change, progress through change, and maintain new behaviors is highlighted. To reduce self-risk, many injury prevention interventions require changes in human behavior.

Safety rules and regulations on mine sites-The problem and a solution

A brief description on the issue of mine rules, procedures, and regulations is presented. It is concluded that management and regulators should not continue to produce more and more rules and regulations to cover every aspect of mining.
