Crouching taro, hidden durian

Article Abstract:

An overview of Asian beverages is presented. Joyce Chen, owner of a Vietnamese restaurant, talks about the ingredients of Vietnamese-style ice, a beverage that uses fruits such as mango, avocado, and soursop. Bubble tea, which emerged in Taiwan in the 1980s, is often mixed with green or black tea. Restaurants that offer Asian beverages are also presented.
