Energy preservation in leisure industry can be maintained through the use of effective preventive measures.With the government granting Enhanced Capital Allowances and Action Energy interest-free loans upto 50,000 pounds and presence of advanced technology, companies have better options of purchasing heating equipments that save energy and can be a good replacement for older equipments that need high maintenance.The Hotel and Catering International Management Association's Hospitable Climates energy efficiency advisory programme too stipulates measures of preserving energy.

Making a hospitable difference

Article Abstract:

The objectives and the benefits of the Hotel Catering and Institutional Management Association's Carbon Trust-backed Hospitable Climates energy efficiency advisory programme for the hospitality and the leisure industry are discussed. The programme has saved a total of 131,000 tonnes of carbon since its launch in the month of February. The purpose is to save the planet from environmental pollution.

Making sure potential is fulfilled

The need for skilled employees in the leisure industry can be met, of two main contributing factors, pay and working hours are well managed. Also, the industry needs to work in tandem with academic institutions, and introduce and execute graduate management training programmes.
