Michael Grade is chief executive officer of Channel Four and non-executive chair of First Leisure, and he believes there is a synergy between leisure and broadcasting, with both trying to achieve the same objectives. He feels that leisure will continue developing rapidly, with jobs coming into the system much quicker. He believes that the industry needs a spokesperson to take on the issues which are inhibiting growth.
