The twenty-five-year old Zagat Survey is famous for its restaurant guides, and more recently for its surveys of the international spa market. The company's co-founder Nina Zagat explains her motivation for starting the company, the foray into spa researching, the criteria used for rating spas, the best rated spas in 2004 guide, and ideas for improving the spa industry.
