VisitBritain is a new body created for British tourism that could be a strong move forward for the industry if it adequately funded and acknowledged by the government. VisitBritain was created by the merger of the English Tourism Council and the British Tourist Authority.

Marketing campaign for north Wales: public/private partnership to promote north Wales in England

A tactical marketing campaign for the promotion of north Wales is to be launched in the north-west of England. The campaign brings together the public/ private sector partnership tourism enterprises to bring benefits mainly for the small businesses marketing partners.
