The UK restaurant industry should be aware that it will face considerable challenges in the future, according Siobhan Peyton, who founded the Gruppo restaurant business with her brother Oliver. She feels that consumers are becoming more sophisticated, and that long-term success therefore requires very high quality. Gruppo has been extremely successful with the Atlantic Bar and Grill brand, and this has allowed the development of Coast in Mayfair, London, England, and Mash and Air in Manchester, England. It now plans to focus on establishing the Mash and Air brand.

The three-storey store incorporates a mix of architectural styles which houses sport pavilions dedicated to football, golf, basketball, tennis and outdoor gear.
