Article Abstract:

Wineries such as Cave Spring in Jordan, Ontario, Nk'Mip in Osoyoos, British Columbia, and Burrowing Owl in Oliver, British Columbia offer culinary tourists a complete package: accommodations, food and wine. The history of these hybrid wineries , their business operations, and the various services they offer to wine enthusiasts are discussed.

Bis Moreno

Article Abstract:

Cinzia and Moreno Miotto both have substantial experience of 14 years in running their exclusive restaurants and in 2004 they are jointly having a third project called Bis Moreno. The new restaurant has its interiors just like an Italian restaurant including its chairs also, which are imported from Italy, and it has Italian cuisine also.
