An overview of fifty exciting adventures in the United States is presented. Ranging from surfing in Waikiki (Hawaii), to hiking through the Pisgah National Forest (North Carolina), and trapeze flying in New York, they also include parachuting in Kansas, experiencing the Wild West in Arizona, and mountain biking in Texas. Some of the adventurers who have already experienced these thrills share their dream trips and offer suggestions for essential gear to carry along.
