A driving force for Metro
Article Abstract:
Carmen Turner was named one of the five laureates of the Washington Business Hall of Fame in 1998. Under Turner's leadership, the Metro won the transit industry's most prestigious award in 1988. She left her job as chief of administration of the Metro in 1990.
