South By Southwest Music and Media Conference in Austin, Texas held an annual fest in March 2006 that offers one of the best chances for up-and-coming musicians to get heard, get signed, and get their careers going. Devin Davis, the singer-song-writer will be attending the fest and is a prime example of the new brand of artists using the Internet as a launch pad.
