Over a million tourists annually visit The White House. Tickets can be got the day of the visit or one can write ahead to their Congressman for tickets for a VIP tour. The White House is rich in history, but tourists should be aware that the tour is unguided although guards will answer your questions.

Ain't it grand!

Article Abstract:

The Grand Central Terminal in New York is the busiest crossroads in the Western Hemisphere. The terminal has recently undergone facelifting, with its historic premonades restored. The Main Concourse, which is the biggest room in the station, is higher than the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris.

Wyeth's world

National artist Andrew Wyeth drew inspiration for his paintings from the sights of Brandywine Valley where three generations of his family lived. His father, N.C. Wyeth, helped establish the area's naturalistic style of painting.
