American arms of the battle of the bulge

Article Abstract:

The World War II saw a number of firearms being used and American GIs used a lot of small firearms to thwart the Nazi efforts to further advance into the allied territories. The deadly uses of all small fire arms, including the M1 series, the Thompson submachine gun and the M1918 as well as the M1918A2 bar are discussed.

A warrior's gun

Article Abstract:

Marine Corps Special Command (MCSOCOM) detachment, an improved model of the 1911-style pistol will be taking an active role with the SOCOM community in the global war on terrorism. The MCSOCOM pistols are easy to maintain and there are no malfunctioning during the tests done and it has a very good welcome in the army.

Rifleman's Edge: Battle blades of World War II

Article Abstract:

U.S. Army and Marine Corps combat knives of World War II have become classic icons of the epic conflict. The study conclude that experience has proven the possession of a trench knife which was a great morale booster for the individual fighting man.
