Article Abstract:

Comcast, Chicago's largest cable provider, and four of the city's sports franchises, the Bulls, the Blackhawks, the Cubs and the White Sox, together have established a conglomerate Comcast SportsNet (CSN) Chicago. Their aim is to bring a 24-hour, intensely local sports network to Chicago starting on 1 October 2004 and provide fans with a sports coverage that national networks do not offer.
