Article Abstract:

Studies indicate that binge drinking is on the rise in female students. Females indulge in binge drinking for creating an impression especially with the opposite sex. They get some satisfaction by beating the boys at their own game and they feel that they have the same aspirations and goals like the boys and hence they should drink like them but they do not realize that alcohol can cause weight gain and result in alcohol-induced liver and heart disease and brain damage.
