The Thai sport of 'muay thai', kickboxing, is the only sport that keeps alive the old tradition of raw Siam The origin of the sport goes back a long and it is said that an Indian prince, in China, took it upon himself to train monks in the art of self-defense and slowly this spread to all parts of the East but in many parts of the world kick boxing is one of the best forms of exercise.
