Helping couch potatoes

Article Abstract:

Studies have shown that a great majority of adult Americans do not exercise regularly. Authorities believe that these individuals should indulge in some form of activity in order to maintain their health. Exercise has been often associated with regular and strenuous regimens, but experts now recommend low-intensity activities as a reasonable alternative specially for those who never exercise. Examples of these simple activities are walking and slow jogging.
