A newcomer to the Georgetown, Washington, DC, neighborhood finds community among the dog owners of the Montrose Park/Rock Creek Park area. Their 10-day search for their lost dog included the voluntary help of scores of neighbors, including Donna Shalala and Katharine Graham.
