The domestic partners of three openly gay members of the House have been given congressional spouse cards. Those who have been issued cards are Dean Hara, companion of Rep. Gerry Studds; Rob Morris, Rep. Steve Gunderson's; and Herb Moses, Rep. Barney Franks's.
