Two distinctive destination hotels in Texas and Oklahoma are profiled. One is a hotel in the remote Cibolo Creek Ranch which offers guests of owner John Poindexter a chance to sample Texan ranch life. The other is a luxurious resort hotel called the Phoenician that was developed by the infamous S&L fraudster Charles Keating.
