Lap of luxury

Article Abstract:

Luxury apartment complexes in the Washington D.C. area are plentiful. To qualify as 'luxury', complexes should offer similar amenities as a hotel, and should be close to public transportation and shopping areas. Rents can range anywhere from $900 to $3000 per month, depending on whether or not the apartment is furnished.
