Pres George Bush seemed to be unbeatable in his reelection bid in Jun 1991 with a job-approval rating of 90%. Although recent polls reveal that Democratic contender Bill Clinton is ahead, it is predicted that only bad economic news, civil disorder and a foreign policy blunder can make Bush lose the elections.
