Overcoming jet lag

Article Abstract:

Travelers experience jet lag when their bodies are forced to alter their circadian rhythms as they travel to a different time zone. To avoid such stress, travelers are advised to seek exposure to light in the morning when traveling east and in the afternoon when going west.
