SOG specialty knives

Article Abstract:

Studies and Observations Group (SOG), a covert joint services military group permitted to purchase and/or develop its own equipment during the Vietnam War, offers a broad array of both fixed-blade and folding knives for every purpose. The various models of SOG knives include the tactical blades for personal protection, general purpose pocket knives, and skinners for field-dressing game or multi-tools to tackle any one of a hundred chores.

Creedmoor & the Remington rolling block

The Creedmoor Riffle Range was established by the National Rifle Assn on land deed to the NRA in 1872. A history of the shooting matches held at Creedmoor during the 1870s and of the Creedmoor rifles made by E> Remington and Sons between 1873 and 1886 is presented.
