Scuttling Columbus

Article Abstract:

Columbus is the only jurisdiction in America to have passed 'assault weapons' banned, since the Clinton-Schumer federal ban expired as failure and fraud on 13 September 2004. Columbus gun owners who refuse or fail to register their fire-arms can expect criminal prosecution ranging from a first-degree misdemeanor charge for a first offense, to a mandatory 90-day jail sentence.
