Serious Chianti

Article Abstract:

Seven areas in central Tuscany, Italy produce varying qualities of Chianti using different manufacturing techniques. Chianti Classico is adjudged to be the best, made principally from sangiovese grapes mixed with a small amount of canaiolo or cabernet sauvignon grapes.
