Article Abstract:

Allocation refers to catchable fish stocks that are divided between recreational and commercial fishermen. Under allocation, recreational fishermen are further come under hard quotas (only a set of fish can be landed) and dedicated-access privileges (ownership rights). Currently a debate is taking place on allocation method, relating to its exercise on different varieties of fish, the period of existence of this quota system, etc.

Water Works Wonders

The slogan "Water Works Wonders" is being used by the Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation to boost involvement in boating and sport fishing. The advantages of holding business meetings on the water are presented.
