Indigo Landing opening on the Daingerfield Island to the north of Old Town Alexandria and the Jersey- born chef Bryan Moscatello considered as one of the ten best chefs in the country in 2003 is hired. He familiarizes himself with the techniques and traditions of the Lowcountry cooking and gets minute details about the dishes and reinvents himself as the chef of the South.
