Striped bass: no easy answers in EEZ debate: should fishing for striped bass be allowed in federal waters?

Article Abstract:

The Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission (ASMFC) recommending the U.S. Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) be opened to striped bass fishing is prompting the people concerned to think how this decision will affect the health of the fishery. It is argued by many anglers that this may benefit commercial fishermen and put striper stocks at risk.
