Thousands of associations and individuals rely on lobbyists to have some important bills passed. Pres Clinton have some proposals aimed at reforming lobbying, but these are being met with hostility. Presented are Washington's top 50 lobbyists and their fortes.

Andy Beyer's book 'Picking Winners' has helped him change his life and that of many other gamblers. Beyer was able to methodically study and determine how a horse will perform in the races and his methods are widely practiced in other fields also.
