Woman's voice: The truth about women and guns

Article Abstract:

Women on Target is designed to increase women's opportunities to participate in recreational shooting and hunting, as women have a strong say in American political policy, and represent one of the most powerful voting groups in the U.S. The coordinators running the instructional shooting clinics, the fast-growing part of Women on Target, devote time, energy and expertise to give the participants a positive experience.

'Women on target' is considered to be the best-kept secret of the NRA revealed by one of the hunters. The experience of a participant of the 'women on target programE, which was sponsored by NRA, is described.
