CIGNA's 13 competencies of the outstanding recruiter

Article Abstract:

The CIGNA companies have identified 13 competencies essential for an excellent human resource development recruiter. All the competencies can be explained with relation to the work ethics, approach, perception, comprehension and personal characteristics of the concerned individual. Certain background knowledge and behavioral characteristics are also necessary. Good Assessment of people, effective communication skills, focus on customers and persuasiveness are some of the skills of an efficient recruiter.
