Article Abstract:

A five-day menu planner, which includes balanced meals providing protein, calories, calcium, antioxidants and fiber, is presented. The planner can be adapted to both active and inactive lifestyles by omitting light meals. Extra desserts are also rewarded for strict followers.

Why women should eat fish

Women are encouraged to eat fish, as it has been found that the fish oils known as omega 3 fatty acids can aid in the prevention of breast cancer and heart disease. Fatty acids can also reduce menstrual discomfort and may have other benefits as well.
