Ab attack

Article Abstract:

A six-week exercise that works out the rectus abdominis, or the abdominals, is presented. The exercise is composed of a three-part ab attack, namely, the basic attack, the machine attack and the old-school attack. Exercisers must remember to isolate the particular muscle being exercised.

An abdominal exercise for aligning the spine while improving body flexibility and shaping muscles involves raising the legs from a lying position. The upper body should also be raised form this position and the exercise is to be repeated a hundred times.
