The sudden onset of accident-proneness in an individual must be traced either to its psychological or physiological roots. Accident prone individuals are extroverts who often underestimate their ability, stretching themselves to achieve something, which often lands them in injuries.

Swing dancing should prove to be a good physical exercise as well as a social activity. It gives the legs a good workout with steps such as hop and bounce. The three types of swing dancing are known as Lindy Hop, West Coast and East Coast.
