Even though most women know what they have to do to stay in shape and stay slender - namely, exercise, eat lots of vegetables and fruits and cut out vending machine runs - most just can't do it. Four ways to bridge the gap and get to work staying healthy include: believe it, turn excuses into opportunities, tune out information overload and prioritize your own health.
