Bedtime story

Article Abstract:

Babies generally do not sleep through the night until their first birthday, when they can sleep for six to seven hours. Although newborns sleep a lot, this seems little as they do not sleep for more than a few hours without waking. With patience, consistency and some luck, however, good sleep habits can be encouraged in babies, allowing everyone in the household a good night's rest.
