Better body moves!

Article Abstract:

Exercises for sport-specific strength training are given. The exercises discussed are designed for rock climbing, yoga, running, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, cycling on hilly terrain, downhill skiing and soccer. Pictures showing the techniques are given. Included is a related article listing products that will help improve performance in these sports.

Getting even

Article Abstract:

Imbalances of the right side and left side of the body can be remedied by doing the first two sets of an exercise one side at a time, then performing a third set with the two sides at the same time. Tools, such as the balance board and the Sport Beam, could also be used to improve balance.
