Body boost

Article Abstract:

A 30-minute, total-body workout that can be done at home is presented. The program alternates eight muscle-building moves with cardiovascular exercise. It is intended to augment an aerobic program, such as jogging, swimming or walking. Fitness experts also offer the best motivational tips, one for each day of the month.
