Most commercially sold mayonnaise contain 12 fat grams per tablespoon, making the use of mustard more healthy. Manufacturers, however, have started producing mayonnaise with less oil. Among fat-free varieties tested, Great Foods of America's Smart Beat offers the most pleasant taste and texture.

A number of people find hot chocolate and coffee drinks comfortable and relaxing. There are several coffee and chocolate variants available in the market. However, home-brewed coffee and low-calorie instant servings are much less expensive than the kind served at coffee shops.

A better PB&J

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches used to be fattening, but the introduction of reduced fat peanut spreads and fruit spreads makes them nutritionally better. Several reduced fat peanut spreads and fruit spreads are evaluated for taste.
