Bush and Congress reach out to rich white guys; Bush tax cut affects women

Article Abstract:

Tax cuts planned by Pres George W. Bush and Congress will help the wealth and hurt the poor, especially poor women. The federal budget surplus that allows for tax cuts would be better spent on education, health care for women and children and welfare assistance to women with children.
