Calorie blasters

Article Abstract:

A cardiopulmonary exercise program of alternating high and low intensity is presented. The exercise is designed to burn calories faster with the aid of a stationary bicycle, stair climber and treadmill. Such exercise coupled with strength training is appropriate for the holiday season of feasting.

Curling irons

Article Abstract:

Barbell, cable, and dumbbell curls are good exercise tools for bicep firming and muscle toning. Experts, like Mike Morris, suggest for exercise beginners to start with one curl in a week's time, then move on the next week with another curl. This way, desired muscle firming is attained.

No pain in the back

Article Abstract:

Three exercises that strengthen the back muscles and develop endurance are presented. The modified back extension and the hip hinge exercises specifically works on the erector muscles. The swan exercise, which is based on yoga, develops lower-back endurance.
