People interested in investing in inner-city residential investment market can limit their long term exposure by securing a property off the plan and selling it prior to settling. The risk occurs when the prices for residential property falls. This was the case in south-east Queensland when developers oversupplied the market and property values dropped.

Moshe Dayan was a soldier and diplomat
Article Abstract:
Israel honored one of its famous heroes on Nov. 9, 1988 with a commemorative stamp featuring his portrait. Dayan was commander of a battalion on the Syrian front during his country's war for independence. He served as minister of agriculture from 1959 to 1964 and left public office in 1979.
