Article Abstract:

The government released BMI as the new weight standard. Under this test, people with a BMI of 25 to 29 are overweight and those with a BMI over 29 are obese. However, this index is not really reliable. Five women testify that BMI is not the true measure of fitness.

Great in the sack

Article Abstract:

A peculiar sack race is held annually around the town of Yerington, NV which requires women to carry 50 pound-sacks and men to carry 100 pound-sacks on their shoulders for five miles around the town. A woman describes training for and winning the race.
