Don't get caught in a scam trap

Article Abstract:

More senior citizens are being singled out by scam artists and swindlers due to their easy access to money according to a survey of local police departments. Common examples include home repair fraud, telemarketing scams, fake contests, and impersonation of bank officials. Individuals can prevent such crimes from occurring by being doubly cautious about handing over money, asking questions, and seeking the advice of confidants.
