Eat like an animal!

Article Abstract:

An overview is presented of the eating habits of animals, and how humans could improve the health aspects of their eating routines by adopting some of those animal habits. Suggestions include eating steadily and moderately throughout the day, eating a lot of fiber, and sticking to nutritious foods.
