Jan and Ray Kaye's Christmas dinner menu features traditional holiday foods such as roasted turkey, mashed potatoes and jam pudding. However, these old favorites were given new twists, such as fragrant mushrooms and hamburger bun cubes for the stuffing and a pate with dried cranberries as appetizer.
