Fighting childhood obesity

Article Abstract:

The rates of childhood obesity are soaring, but there are many means to get the baby on track from the beginning. Breast feeding, delaying solid foods, being mindful of mealtime signals, offering a variety of baby foods, making fruits and vegetables a priority, smaller portions and monitoring beverages will help the babies and toddlers to fight childhood obesity.
