Susan Sobbott, President of American Express, Alice Rodriguez, Executive VP of JPMorgan Chase and Anne Erni, Chief Diversity Officer of Lehman Brothers have described their challenges and shared their successes in a special three-part series. Having solid leadership skills, as these women, can make the balancing act between family and job a bit easier and some of the credit for this will go to their parents for instilling a strong work ethic, and to their respective employers for family-friendly policies.
